Excellent breakfast selection improved my stay significantly.
I was really disappointed with the reception staff's attitude. it felt cold and unwelcoming. My partner asked for assistance but received a dismissive response instead. I found the room pricing to be a bit over the top, especially considering the water drainage issue in the bathing area that needs urgent attention.

Diving into the array of breakfast delights was a treat, especially the local meats that left my taste buds dancing! Plus, the sauna and swimming pool facilities were refreshing after a day on the slopes—made for a perfect unwind! Not to forget, the view from our suite was simply breathtaking.
Gotta say, the reception staff could crank up the charm a notch. The welcome felt a bit frosty, and my partner's request for help went a tad ignored. It's a small bummer, but the rest of the experience sparkled like the snow outside.

I simply adored the charming Tyrolean decor that enveloped the communal areas. it felt like stepping into a cozy Austrian fairytale. The accessibility made it a breeze for my elder companions to enjoy breakfast and the lovely long hallway.
More reading lights would enhance comfort.

I had a nice time at Obermair. The suite I got was clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast spread impressed me—lots of variety with hot options like bacon and eggs, a great way to start the day. The garden area with seating really caught my attention. Perfect spot for enjoying the mountain views and the fresh air. Parking facilities were easy to access, which made it convenient. I appreciated the swimming pool and sauna. relaxing after a day out skiing was just what I needed. One downside was the reception staff. Their welcome felt a bit cold, and my requests for help weren't met with much warmth. I also noticed there were a few issues with the hot water supply. showering became a bit tricky during peak times. But aside from that, I had a pleasant stay overall.

Impressive facilities include a well-maintained sauna and a pool perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection and included fresh seasonal dishes that delighted the palate. the hot water supply was inconsistent during peak morning hours, and the reception staff’s demeanor could use improvement. While the room was spacious and clean, some woodwork could benefit from maintenance.

Breakfast offers a solid selection, with a mix of continental items and a couple of hot delights, including bacon and eggs. The communal areas feature charming Tyrolean decor, which adds a cozy touch and character to the hotel's atmosphere.
Some rooms suffer from dated furniture and a lack of modern amenities. the mattresses may feel a bit worn and firm, impacting comfort during sleep. Noise levels can be bothersome depending on room location, especially with a petrol station close by, which may not be to everyone's taste. There are occasional issues with the hot water supply. more than once, it was inconsistent during peak morning hours, making showering a bit hit or miss.
